In addition to the basic courses in economics and engineering, industrial engineering also imparts key qualifications and includes a selection of specialised courses. It is an inter-disciplinary qualification which offers a broad range of application in industry.
The study programme Industrial Engineering is offered with the degree Bachelor of Engineering (after a standard period of study of 7 semesters).
Study process
80% of the study programme take place online – via the internet. Approximately 20% is allotted for face-to-face meetings, for example examinations, labs, and exercises. These take place on the weekends (Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday).
