Accounting and Controlling
The course Accounting & Controlling imparts basic knowledge about operational controlling and its essential source of information, cost accounting. The contents are illustrated based on actual conditions at the Itzehoe Medical Center (Schleswig-Holstein). The facility includes a focal hospital, a nursing home, ambulatory care services, and additional forms of care.
The aim of the course is to impart the collecting and processing of data in the cost and profit accounting system and their evaluation by controlling. You will be able to understand the background of the operational management and controlling demands which are often put on you in your day-to-day work.
