Cluster4Change – Innovation and Change Management
Cluster4Change - Innovation and Change Management
Lübeck University of Applied Sciences and oncampus GmbH intend to provide companies and employees across all clusters in Schleswig-Holstein with practice-oriented knowledge for the systematic planning, management and control of innovation and change processes through a new online offering on the subject of innovation and change management. Cluster4Change places particular emphasis on the Challenges of digitalisation, which leads to greater automation and customisation, shorter development times and interconnectedness of products. While large companies have their own R&D departments, SME often left to fend for themselves in these processes of transformation. This is where Cluster4Change steps in with its new offering. Through this qualification, companies are enabled to implement future-oriented topics, which are increasingly driven by digitalisation, within their own organisations and to proactively shape the corresponding processes. They are supported in this by the cluster managers, who act as catalysts in these processes. In addition, cross-industry dialogue and the formation of independent communities of practice are encouraged. Especially against the backdrop of digitalisation, the combination of the forward-looking topics of innovation and change management and flexible, digitally based learning arrangements serves as an exemplary model.
The offers are initially aimed at employees in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a place of business in Schleswig-Holstein. Following the project start in January 2017, the new further training offers will be developed over a period of 18 months and then tested in a 12-month pilot phase.
Companies interested in development and testing are invited to contact project manager Kristina Junghans (junghans@oncampus.deto include.
The Cluster4Change project is funded by the State Employment Programme using resources from the European Social Fund. More information online: www.EU-SH.schleswig-holstein.de.
