Current analyses show that the ability to collect and evaluate data, and the associated drawing of appropriate conclusions regarding the design of business processes and products, is a central requirement for companies today. While large enterprises have dedicated departments for collecting and evaluating data about their processes, customers and products, this area of activity has hitherto barely been tapped into by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Yet today's value creation processes are increasingly data-driven, and companies that integrate data as an „operational raw material“ into their further development position themselves more sustainably in the market.

Project goal

The aim of the DKMU project is to make the rather complex subject area of data analysis manageable for the target group of SMEs. The needs-based qualification range enables SMEs to tap into small and big data and make them usable for their own needs using various analysis methods. SMEs will get to know different application scenarios and, depending on their needs, will be able to carry out data analyses and evaluations themselves at different levels of proficiency.

Target audience

The offers are initially aimed at employees in small and medium-sized enterprises with a place of business in Schleswig-Holstein.
