ES2020 – Relevance for SMEs in Schleswig-Holstein
ES2020 – Relevance for SMEs in Schleswig-Holstein
As workplace requirements become increasingly complex, the entrepreneurial skills and abilities of people in SMEs are becoming ever more important in order to remain competitive. Particularly for IT sector companies, the challenges posed by digital transformation are especially demanding in terms of flexibility, speed and creativity. Furthermore, the growing need to deal with uncertainty and open-ended outcomes presents SMEs with entirely new demands.Â
In Schleswig-Holstein, businesses in the digital economy are mostly small enterprises. Around 72% of the companies in the sector have a maximum of seven employees. Consequently, business expertise and the associated skills are usually concentrated in the founder or the owner(s). However, such skills should be more widely distributed in order to enable companies to act flexibly and innovatively for the future.
Project goal
Strengthen your ability to innovate through our online qualification programmes! Our online continuous professional development courses on the topic of „entrepreneurial skills“ have been specifically tailored to the needs of SMEs in Schleswig-Holstein and developed in a modern, contemporary digital format aligned with the reality of work.
