Imparting digital competence to people and businesses with advisory functions
Guidance in education, career and employment, which was previously carried out largely in person, is suddenly no longer possible. This cut harbours uncertainties, but also diverse opportunities for new activities and jobs. This is also accompanied by new and changed requirements for employees. Despite (or perhaps precisely because of) the pandemic, there continues to be high demand for advisory activities which, despite restrictions, still require a high level of professionalism in order to be able to competently support people in their occupational stabilisation and further development.

What is E3-DiKoB?
DiKoB – Digital Competence for Consulting is a project for the initial and continuing training of overarching digital competencies for consultants and coaches. These knowledge and skills, often summarized as „digital literacy“, include, among other things, an understanding of digital processes, the confident handling of digital media, as well as the safe and critical use of information and communication technologies, and knowledge of the indirect effects of advancing digitalisation.
Eight online modules are planned, with an average learning time of 3 to 4 hours each, focusing on four competency development areas for consultants.
