Freely accessible online formats for people and businesses from Schleswig-Holstein

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the economy, e.g. on existing business models and internal company processes as well as on the professional focus of many individuals. Neither the labour market nor the markets for products and services will return to their pre-crisis status. A realignment of one's career or business model is necessary to adapt to the market change. The restart is intended to be achieved with the help of digital methods, tools and mindsets from the rebootSH Project succeed.

Empowering individuals and businesses to make a fresh start after a supposed personal or business crisis.

What is a rebootSH

 

The Reboot ProjectSH Through freely accessible online training programmes, it offers people and businesses in Schleswig-Holstein support for their personal and professional development, enabling them to access digital modules that suit their needs at a time and place of their choosing. The plan is to develop a total of around 20 high-quality online modules as part of the project, each lasting around two hours, with each module covering a specific aspect of restarting operations after a crisis under rapidly changing conditions.

The modules can be used completely independently of one another and flexibly, or combined to form a more comprehensive further education programme. The modules are embedded in the innovation-promoting best-practice framework of DiWiSH and furthermore WTSH, offering a wide range of advisory services, events and networking opportunities.   

The Reboot ProjectSH is funded under the state programme ‘Arbeit Aktion E3’ – a project aimed at realising the potential of digitalisation. Further information is available online: https://www.schleswig-holstein.de/esf
