The influence of digitalisation on our continuing professional development
Digitisation has turned many areas of life upside down, including the way we further our education. The one training course every 2 years does not exist anymore. It has been replaced by increasingly frequent and digital learning units, which we use to keep up in the digitalised world. But how can the numerous professional development measures be paid for? The good news: further training can be financially supported. For example, by the federal government, the federal states or various foundations.
Project goal
How can an ideal match be created between those interested in professional development and training courses? The solution: Much like a good dating platform, oncampus GmbH and ver.di-Forum Nord gGmbH bring continuing education seekers together with their perfect funding match.
What is the funding navigator and how does it work?
With the digital tool „Fördernavigator“. Applicants feed the navigator online with all relevant information regarding the desired further training, which then spits out the suitable funding option. And not only that: in explanatory videos, animations and texts, the tool illustrates further information about the programmes and also clarifies any prerequisites. The „Fördernavigator“ is available on the website www.weiterbilden-sh.de embedded and acts here as Decision aid for all curious minds in Schleswig-Holstein. The trial period of the project starts Late 2021 and is by funded by the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Transport, Labour, Technology and Tourism of the State of Schleswig-Holstein.
