Oncampus was founded in 2003 with the mission of offering online degree programmes – as a technology service provider for a university network that we still enthusiastically support today. Over time, however, we branched out into more and more areas of education, from primary schools to adult education. Technologies for learning. For everyone.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lübeck University of Applied Sciences, we have been active in the field of innovative education for over 20 years – with access to the expertise of over 150 professors and more than 100 educational institutions within our network. With over 15 years of experience, Kristina is one of the pioneers of digital learning. Her roles as an instructional designer, project manager and head of department, alongside her international network within the Moodle community, have given her a unique understanding of developing modern educational environments: from the initial idea to successful implementation. Together with her team, she shapes a corporate culture that puts people at the centre and continuously reimagines digital learning.

As an experienced sales team leader, Sven works with his team to ensure that our clients receive the best solutions and tailored advice – always focusing on long-term partnerships and optimal success. Through his market knowledge and strategic approach, he develops sales strategies that deliver lasting impact. He also ensures that client needs are fully understood, individual solutions are developed, and sales processes are continually optimised.

With her structured approach and strong customer-service ethos, Frauke and her team ensure that our clients receive the best possible care at all times. As Head of Service & Support, she optimises processes, coordinates teams and ensures that service and support run smoothly and efficiently. In doing so, she always keeps the needs of the customers in view and continually develops new approaches to further improve and tailor both service and support.

Marc and his team use their expertise in infrastructure and technology to ensure that our digital systems run smoothly and are future-proof. With their technical know-how and strategic vision, they optimise processes, develop innovative IT solutions and ensure that our infrastructure meets the highest standards. Through forward-thinking planning and close collaboration with other departments, they drive digital innovation and create a stable and future-oriented technological foundation.
Christin Dabelstein
Head of the Learning Experience Design Team
Christin heads the Learning Experience Design department, bringing with her many years of experience in the development of e-learning offerings as well as in the management of complex client projects. She develops bespoke learning solutions that combine didactic design, creative media production and holistic e-learning concepts.
She attaches particular importance to identifying trends at an early stage and assessing their practical applicability – currently, above all, in the field of artificial intelligence. With high standards of quality and innovation, Christin ensures that customer requirements are not merely met, but transformed into bespoke, forward-looking learning experiences.
