Modern training opportunities for school pupils
Due to the pandemic, and looking towards the future, traditional methods of career guidance (such as internships, career fairs and networking events) are currently not taking place as usual. The project aims to present attractive and sustainable training opportunities to support pupils and their teachers in the transition phase with digital career orientation.
Project goal of MeinAusbildungsstart.SH
Online and face-to-face course offerings on blended learning scenarios for the transition from school to vocational training.
What is MeinAusbildungsstart.SH?
Apprenticeship opportunities for are offered there Pupils introduced. Digital career orientation is actively supported, for instance through training in digital technologies and tools, right through to initial contact with companies using digital tools for applications and online job interviews. In addition, teachers and pupils are trained in the following content: learning how to conduct digital interviews, etiquette for digital meetings and interviews, participation in digital career fairs, and virtual company tours and work experience.
